You can’t zoom in. ### 1/5 — Disrespectful for the clients. Not user friendly. *2024-09-14, version 2.7.5* The app don’t work well. I verified credentials multiple times by logging in on a browser. App won’t let me in though. Will have to use the browser and set my own reminders. ### 1/5 — Despise the website on phone browser and this app *2024-02-26* I’ve never had a smooth log in experience here nor the web browser on the phone. My passwords are always stated incorrect and only let me log in when I reset password and then log in with the new password just recently created. I’ve even saved my password recently on my phone so it would automatically log in and that didn’t work, input the password that I most recently changed to just to log in and STILL DID NOT WORK. Now I’m locked out again for the third time now since I’ve been making payments. I just wanna pay! Don’t yall want my money 🙄. Just to add my review is only for browser from phone experience as this app probably worked for me once that’s it. ### 1/5 — Cannot fix recurring payment *2023-03-24, version 2.7.5* I have tried to set-up a recurring payment for nth time and still never payments get processed, and then shows my account is past due and automatically deletes the recurring payment. To prove, I have emails from every time I have set up a recurring payment. I spoke with an associate once and I was confirmed that on their end she did not see a recurring payment and was unsure why that happened. Secondly, I have a debit card attached for the payment and when I tried to make a one time payment, it failed multiple times but with the same card details I gave it to associate it went thru. Associate also confirmed she sees the transaction declined but couldn’t understand why that was happening. I am highly frustrated with this service group. I am expediting on my payments to close my account ASAP. In the first place I never chose them for the service but was transferred as stupid STILT decided to close their business and transfer the loan to random company. ### 1/5 — Really!! *2023-03-17, version 2.7.5* App to check my loan but can not register!! And once it supposedly “registered” I still can’t log in!!! ### 1/5 — Old *2022-08-15, version 2.7.5* The app looks outdated. I can only pay my loans off at midnight and sometimes even though my card bounces the payment I check the app and it says I don’t owe anything even though my card rejected the charge. It’s not like anybody really wants to use this app but for what it is, it’s serviceable. Easy to use, easy to make payments. Doesn’t crash. About what you’d expect from any lender demanding your money. Updated to one star after a snarky response from the developer. Everybody who uses this app knows what the company does, no need to go out of your way to correct a captive user. ### 1/5 — Can’t say enough BAD things *2022-02-23, version 2.7.5* Terrible communication and even worse customer service. ### 1/5 — Their system was having problems yet I get a late fee *2022-02-19, version 2.7.5* So they implemented some new two step verification system where I have to wait for a code in the email. Only thing is, by the time you actually get the code, it’s timed out and the code isn’t valid anymore so you have to request a new one. This cycle goes on and on and I am unable to log in. I reach out to support and they tell me that the system was having issues and it should be fixed now. I go to log in and it finally works. To my surprise, I am hit with a late fee. It’s only $4 which seems petty to complain about but I’m getting hit with a late fee because YOUR system had issues. Not because I forgot to make a payment or didn’t have the funds, but because YOUR system did not allow me to log in to make the payment. Yet for some reason this is my fault and I’m hit with a late fee? Not cool. ### 1/5 — Perpetual log in failures *2021-10-09, version 2.7.5* I don’t know if anyone else is having this same issue, but when I set up my account on the launch website, I saved my log in information so that when I went to log in on the app, it would give me the option to use my saved log in info from the website…. But that info never works. It keeps saying that my info is invalid, but on safari that very same info logs me in…. So I haven’t actually been able to use this app in the 3 months I’ve had it. ### 1/5 — Calendar *2021-06-11, version 2.7.5* Calendar drop down should include days and not just dates. Thank you ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can never log in *2026-07-23, version 2.7.5* I’ve tried countless times to log in and it ALWAYS says no connection to mobile services, i’ve tried contacting them and i never hear anything back. If i could rate 0 stars i would, genuinely a terrible app ### 1/5 — Terrible Website and App *2026-07-18, version 2.7.5* Literally the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They send me 900 emails and texts regarding my upcoming payment due. The only time I’ve ever been able to login is by clicking the link in the texts, they confirm my payment then after that I cannot log back in because my credentials are “invalid”. App has never allowed me to login. Unfortunately I didn’t choose this company, my other loan service sold out to them. I’ve literally only been able to login twice ever.. to simply make that payment then the company no longer recognizes my login credentials until next bill is due… interesting. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-06-19, version 2.7.5* Got stuck with these guys after my loan transferred in from another company. Have tried the app multiple times at various points in my loan and it still doesn’t work for me. Always gives me ‘login error’. Unable to email company. Unable to use app to communicate either. They only accept payment via any of these options. Otherwise, Launch Serving doesnt care to hear from you or help you. Submitting formal complaint to someone other than Launch is the only way to obtain response.
