Constant no-shows from the drivers, items regularly lost, inconvenient pickup/drop off time slots & driver tracking no longer works. Complete shambles. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-03-08, version 4.1.4* I have now spent 2 weeks trying to get my dry cleaning picked up. After waiting 8 days after my payment, I get the info from my bank that the charge was reversed. No message from Laundrapp, so I wrote to them to then get a response that it would be earliest Sunday they could pick it up. I have now waited weeks to have 4 items picked up and don’t even know if it would ever happen. Will definitely just use somebody else, a bit of a joke, really. ### 3/5 — Mixed experiences *2022-03-03, version 4.1.4* Been using them for around 4 years. Clothes are always cleaned to a high standard and the driver is always polite and on time. However, recently I placed an order for a delivery on a Tuesday. I was emailed at 5:20pm on the Sunday prior and told my order had been amended and delivery would instead be in 40 minutes time. I was irritated that there had been no consideration to asking me whether this was actually convenient. (When the driver can arrive twenty minutes earlier than scheduled, I typically get a text message - but apparently not when he can arrive 2 days earlier?). Fortunately, I was in and able to accept the delivery, but I can’t say I was particularly impressed with having my order being amended without checking first.
