I’ll put in the QR code or number of the machine and all it will do is have the loading circle on there indefinitely. This wasn’t a problem when login with Apple was an option, but they removed it for some dumb reason. Now I have to contact them every time I need to login because my previous password stops working. I can only do my laundry in the middle of the night, when there’s no support. The times for the wash/drying is always wrong and always goes off way too early and for some reason there’s this BS that happens sometimes where you need to pay more to get your clothes adequately dried. Just wish they weren’t on the ground, have a few disabled and elderly neighbors who can’t bend to use them. Broken dryers, software down etc. Refused to refund anything despite paying for multiple rounds of drying on a broken dryer. Eventually had to contest with CC company. Sucks for you if you’re in the middle of drying a load of laundry. Other times it works well enough to take your money, but not well enough for it to start the machine. It could be replaced by a simple credit card tapping feature on machines. Imagine simply selecting your laundry settings, tapping your card, and boom. Done. We don’t need another iPhone app, with a username and password, with its own payment system, with frequent security and maintenance updates. Over engineering at its finest. Every time you pay for the laundry, some of your money is paying a team of software engineers to maintain this app that wasn’t needed in the first place. Totally meant to trick those customers not paying close attention. Why trick your own customers for $0.25 ?
