Using forgot password brings up a blank page from the email. I tried contacting them but there’s no contact form or email address. ### 5/5 — Get your dry cleaning done here!!! *2025-03-23, version 3.5* Amazing customer service and dry cleaning, I had no problems with the app, it was very easy to use. You have to proceed with a booking before you learn anything 🤦‍♂️ ### 2/5 — Service is great - app is rubbish *2023-11-02, version 3.2* The app isn’t the greatest - the service provided by the ‘laundry ladies’ is good - so once you find one you get their mobile number and then communicate that way - I get billed via email and pay same way - so don’t have to use the app once you’ve found someone in your area. Such a great app and idea. There are some bugs that need fixing, crashes when looking into your active order meaning you have to screen shot to get details before crashing. Also order drop off has been confirmed but date pushed out 3 times after promised delivery time has lapsed.
