After signing up for this service I immediately received several fraud charges on my credit card- never happened before in my life and first time I used this CC to purchase online. This company sells your information to scammers!

I put an order. For pickup, the driver at least let me know one day in advance that she’s going to pick up the laundry at a different time. For delivery, I just received an unexpected call from my buildings’s callbox at noon. I schedule so that the times coincide with periods I know I’ll be available via phone to grant the driver access to the building. The second driver was just lucky I wasn’t on a meeting and my phone wasn’t on do not disturb mode. I guess this service might be fine for homeowners for whom this is not an issue.

I used this service for close to a year. The same person did my laundry each week. Suddenly, she vanished with no notice and the company said they had no one in the area to do my laundry. Can’t see this company lasting very long.

Having problems with the app!  It won’t let me pick a drop-off time. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app to no avail... it still isn’t working!  
It’s really frustrating when I’m trying to pay for a service and I can’t schedule an order.

Been using the service for years but they made a change in the app and I'm required to login every time. It doesn't allow for facial login so now I have to remember and input the info. I'm complaining because it wasn't always the case. Tech has has advanced but this app got worse.

Placed an order to have my laundry done, later that day someone came and pick it up and returned it the next day! This was such a huge help and allowed me to spend more time with my family.

I've been using the service for a year. I send a bag of laundry every two weeks. It takes 2 weeks for me to fill a bag. The service has been great. I get everything nicely folded and socks paired. My tshirts come back like they are ironed.

App works great. I’ve placed an order to get my laundry done every week since the app came out without issue. It’s quick to set up and takes about 30 seconds to schedule an order after that. Love it!
