Everything is set up properly to deliver notifications but I *never* get them. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and very easy to use. I especially loved how convenient the payment system was—no hassle carrying around coins or searching for change. The washers and dryers were clean and worked great. While waiting for my laundry, I enjoyed being able to watch TV, which made the time go by quickly. One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restrooms, something that is often overlooked at other laundromats. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to do laundry. That money, it turns out, is permanently tied to that particular laundromat, and you have to make a new account for a new location. They are intentionally enabling overcharging in an obscured fashion where you assume you can continue using the app on your road trip or whatever and then kiss the rest of your money goodbye. Might as well buy a card at the place, because this is the same thing. Stick to quarters. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-08-17, version 1.10.5* Do not download. App is a scam. All of these five star reviews are either from the scammers themselves or people who have not used the laundry. It will not let you load enough money to wash one single load, the minimum amount is $10 at a time ### 1/5 — Only one place *2026-08-16, version 1.10.5* Recently, I made a new account with LaundryCat and it was so smooth to use and I could see how much time I had left. But, I ended up moving and finding out that they use LaundryCat too. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it at this new laundromat because it’s only for specific locations? So I have $13 just sitting there for nothing. I took a screenshot of the payments being taken out and proof that it wasn’t working and he got no response back And no refund. Pretty disappointing. ### 1/5 — Used my $ but didn't add time to dryer *2026-06-17, version 1.9.3* This app kept charging my account and the app showed that I had time on the dryer (45 minutes) but the dryer wouldn't update and only showed 8 minutes. Kept trying to add time and it wouldn't update on the machine after the first 8 minutes. I ended up buying a physical card from the laundromat just to get my laundry done. ### 1/5 — Hot water issue *2026-06-13, version 1.9.3* I sent a message about two weeks ago about a hot water issue with one of the machines, and the problem is still occurring. Even when I use the cold cycle, the machine becomes extremely hot.
