Sent a duvet cover for dry cleaning with 3 shirts for wash and ironed. Came back looking exactly the same way I sent it. Just go to your local dry cleaner, an absolute rip off ### 1/5 — Wrong Bag of Clothes Returned & 2 Days Later Do Not Have My Clothes *2026-07-28, version 6.13.0* I am a laundry heap plus member they only pick up between 12-evening which is very hard for those who work on Friday I sent three bags of clothes labeled to be washed and dried on Saturday evening I got back 3 bags but 1 was someone else’s even though it was labeled with my name as of Monday afternoon the wrong clothes are still here and I still do not have my bags of clothes after multiple emails, sending info on the app etc. Horrible service and no customer service number. Also hardly ever 24 hour turn around unless you book days in advance and no morning drop off or pick ups ever. As of Monday 7/27 they claim someone came at 9:21 PM to pick up the bag of clothes that belonged to someone else no one came myself and another person was home all evening. They are not continuing my investigation until they get the other clothes but lied and did not come last night. L’équipe Laundryheap! ### 1/5 — PATHETIC SUPPORT TEAM *2026-07-18, version 6.12.0* Here’s the corrected version with that clarification: My experience with the Dubai support team was extremely disappointing. Mr. Noveen made the entire process feel like I was being held hostage. They accepted money into the in-app wallet, only to later claim that the wallet balance could not be used for my transaction. When I requested a refund of the wallet balance, they refused and instead demanded an additional payment to process my order. To make matters worse, they refused to share the location of their office where I could have collected my clothes or helped expedite the process. I was also charged extra for an express delivery service advertised as 12 hours, only to be told it would actually take 24 hours just for them to determine whether they could help me. During this entire time, there was no way for me to retrieve my clothes, leaving me without access to my own belongings. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unwillingness to provide a reasonable solution made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will not be using this service again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone if this is the level of support provided by the UAE support team. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2026-07-15, version 6.12.0* They robbed me twice, placed an order of thobes and the next day they submitted as abayas which costs triple the price, payments are automatically processed they dont give you the option to object or give a report, all is after they get paid. I received my last drycleaning order back with a missing T-shirt, a newly stained T-Shirt, an uncleaned T-Shirt and an uncleaned Jumper. When complained, complains all go to emails that you have to wait around 48 hours for each reply. Been asked three or four times to send my stained garment back for treatment, and had to wait but no body showed up for collection every time and then they apologise by email the next day due to high demand until they make you give up. For the uncleaned jumper, i got 4 pounds back in credit which is less than what it costs to clean it on the app. For the missed T-shirt. I was told the facility was closed for 2-3 weeks and they can’t ask until it is open again, even after that date, no reply. Also, I always get all of the clothes on hangers tightly packed under a plastic bag, and the garments are always a bit damp and creased because of over packing. I once sent clothes for ironing get them back heavily creased, and got the money back after a complaint. I have asked for my next orders not to be sent to the same poor quality facility but they replied that they have communicated my concerns to the facility to take care next time. So overall, they are good, but very poor quality and very poor resolution of mistakes. ### 1/5 — Stay away *2026-08-19, version 6.14.0* I had several items ruined while in their care and they’ll take no accountability. Just know the risk you’re taking if you use this service. Your items may come back stained and damaged but they will do noting about it. They charged us a £115 quid and did a bad job . Regardless of mixing up my order ( their fault) they didn’t come back without checking and ripping me off . Laundryheap seems to find ways to slip in extra fees and charges whenever you’re not looking. Even worse, I have specifically selected and paid for dry cleaning, only to have items washed instead and ruined—while still being charged the dry-cleaning price. They have lost several of my items, and on multiple occasions I’ve received clothing that belongs to someone else, which makes you wonder where your own clothes have ended up. The app is glitchy, billing is unreliable, and getting meaningful customer service when something goes wrong is nearly impossible. Yesterday, I drove around to 4–5 different laundromats, and they were all charging an unrealistic price per piece of laundry. Who wants to pay separately for every sock, shirt, and pair of underwear? So I looked online and found Laundryheap. They charge by weight, which I personally prefer and think is much fairer. The whole process was incredibly easy. I logged into the app, scheduled a pickup, and they delivered our clothes back earlier than expected—washed, dried, and neatly folded. Even better, they picked up and dropped everything off right at the hotel reception. When you’re traveling with kids, that kind of convenience is a lifesaver! I repeatedly asked the company to stop attempting to charge my card while I disputed an outstanding balance. Instead of addressing my concerns, I continued to receive payment attempts and responses that simply repeated their position without resolving the issue. As a customer, I expected a genuine review of my dispute and better communication. Instead, the process has felt like an endless cycle of back-and-forth with no meaningful resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
