I appreciate being notified when my machine is done. I am at present using this facility and one of the machines is not even connected. Customer support is an email away but it will be at least 24 hours before they can contact you. The app has some similar issues as, being constantly bombarded with ads, especially when one is actively trying to get the task done. Laundry Value is not just bad, it is aggressively broken and feels intentionally designed to frustrate users. Every couple of weeks it logs people out for no reason at all. The app does not save passwords, so you are constantly locked out of your own account like it is 2005. The password reset feature is a joke. You request a reset and the email takes hours or never arrives at all. Until then your money is just stuck. You cannot access it. You cannot use it. You just wait. The app only allows you to reload ten dollars at a time, which feels deliberately manipulative. It is clearly designed to force people to overpay and leave unused money sitting in their system. At this point it feels intentional. The app logs you out, blocks you from logging back in, and conveniently holds onto the balance you already paid. That is not an accident. That is a business model. This is not a laundry app. This is a money holding app with washing machines attached. The user experience is so bad that it borders on predatory. I am genuinely considering reporting this to consumer protection agencies because locking users out of paid accounts while delaying access to their funds is unacceptable. The only reason this app still exists is because apartment complexes force residents to use it. No one would choose this willingly. Laundry Value is unreliable, exploitative, and embarrassingly outdated. It should not be allowed to handle people’s money in its current state. Avoid this app at all costs. And if you are a property manager still using it, you should be ashamed of how little you care about your residents. ### 1/5 — Don’t Use the app *2026-01-13, version 2.27.3* I used the app to start the machine and the machine didn’t start. It was collecting money again and again. I tried signing in and keep getting run in circles trying to add a card because it asks me to register twice and by the time I get through the glitchy app it tell me I have the wrong email/password combo. So I try to reset password, no link. I use the exact information I JUST CREATED THE ACCOUNT WITH, and it doesn’t go through. Oops, now I have to input all the information again to add a payment method for the 12th time. Just trying to do my laundry.
