Laura Mullen Fitness: An Online lifestyle coaching platform to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. 

With the LMF coaching app you will have access to workout programmes specifically to help you reach your health and fitness goals! It will allow you to receive coaching, accountability and training plans from an expert coach along side being able to purchase other products and services that are also available. 

You can easily track your workouts, lifestyle habits, measurements, daily & weekly check ins and results, all with the help from your coach, and lots more! 



* The App is free to download. A paid coaching plan is required to use the app. Payment for the monthly subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
