## What is Laurel Hill Center Portal?

Laurel Hill Center (LHC) Portal is a virtual online tool that provides secure online access to behavioral health services for those enrolled in agency programs.  The Portal allows participants to virtually attend appointments, view upcoming appointments, and submit forms. The LHC Portal provides a more seamless process and ensures agency services are flexible to meet the individual needs of participants.

- The "Join appointment" link for video appointments using a custom telehealth link is available 24 hours in advance
- Providers will not see an error message when joining an appointment

- Screen margins adjusted when signing a digital form
- When resetting a password, an error is displayed when our password criteria is not met
- Users who open an email and tap a link will now be taken directly to the correct section of the app after signing in. New users will be guided through onboarding first. If the app is already installed, they won’t be prompted to download it again.
