Lauren has done an incredible job with boundless resources and classes for the beginner to the fitness guru. The interfacing is excellent. Check out the class library and choose from hundreds of workouts. Invaluable resource & you won’t get bored.

Fitness that is fun but challenging. Diverse so no boredom. Great music, fun community and lots of support. So many extra features to make it easy to use the app any where you might be even without internet. I highly recommend this app!!

This simple to navigate app contains many amazing workouts, fun challenges and all are set to great music. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a little extra workout motivation. Lauren the instructor is wonderful.
