Lavi Plus is an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year (prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings.
