I’ve created several automations that still appear when setting up a scene (for example, when selecting “run automation”), but there doesn’t seem to be any way to access them directly to modify or delete them. I can also create automations through the “create scene” option, but once created, they can’t be edited or removed. Interestingly, the permissions section still lists automations, which suggests they exist but aren’t accessible through the interface. Could you please restore a way to view and manage existing automations? Now, after having the cameras for about 2 months, I am now blocked from using the app by a full screen ad every time the app is launched. I moved I have the same amount of internet just with a different provider and was just notified the cameras don’t connect with certain types of WiFi… that’s dumb! Then the customer service lady said I have to call my internet service and ask to change my internet.. why would I do such a dumb thing. DONT BUY THESE CAMERAS ! ### 4/5 — Great and easy app *2025-11-14, version 3.0.5* The app is very straightforward and it’s easy to connect your phones to the cameras. It is very easy to navigate also. The only problem I have noticed on my Apple is that when I zoom in too far (maybe 3/4 in) the picture and time freeze. It is resolved when I zoom back out but it’s always been an issue. Not a dealbreaker per se but it shouldn’t happen imo. My wife’s android does not do this with her version of the app. ### 2/5 — Still doesn’t work right *2025-11-12, version 3.0.5* In this newest version (version 3.0.5), the “Message” on the bottom main screen, no longer has the little red dot when app is opened after a new motion notification comes thru. That was a great feature as I was able to click it and see at a quick glance what set it off. The image is still there , just the “message” itself no longer lights either the red dot. Additionally, if you pinch out to get a better live view, the clock in the upper left stops counting and the motion freezes till you pinch the screen smaller. It’s been this way for several versions now. ### 3/5 — Frustrating App with Bugs *2025-10-18, version 3.0.3* Please please please fix this playback bug: when in playback mode, if you zoom in on an area and move the time/playhead, the zoom position resets to the top-left rather than maintaining the same position. This makes it very frustrating to review footage. I.e. won’t show live video streaming and it will not show when an alert is captured on the app in order to see the alerting object. Tried contacting customer service numerous times, no one‘s is ever there. When you do get a representative, they fail to contact you back in a timely manner. I bought a set of refurbished cameras and they failed. I had them for just over a month and when I contacted them for warranty, all I got was the run around! Move them Get closer to modem Try different areas And they still don’t work! After a week of asking for a replacement, (Not a refund), I have not received anything! Now they want me to spend more money on shipping the camera back to them! Bottom line: Be prepared to spend more of your money to exchange a camera. They DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY! They charge way too much for a service that isn’t even accurate. I paid for the Ai assist and that was so bad, supposed to be able to tell what’s what, but it would sense floating debris as humans moving and send alerts. Complete rip off and will be switching.
