Absolutely would recommend anyone who’s trying to stay fit, get fit, or get back in the rhythm of working out to download this app and explore all the great benefits it has to offer! The trainer is the absolute BEST and I’m so happy to have his workout plans, meal plans, and virtual classes mobile now.
