### 5/5 — Awesome

*2022-10-11, version 3.1*

So far I am really enjoying this app! I love how detailed the explanations are and the visuals are perfect! I have struggled with these subjects and have never had them explained this way! So thorough and clear and straight to the point. The visuals are my best friend I swear lol. It really helps lock into memory what I learned. I am starting my Bar Prep early and this is the perfect way to get the ball rolling! I only wish Evidence and Constitutional law was on here. Will you guys please add those 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

### 5/5 — EXCELLENT SUPPLEMENT FOR THE BAR

*2022-06-17, version 3.1*

I mean…. This is a change changer! If you’re taking the bar and don’t have time to make your own flash cards, you NEED this. I use this with my barbri and AdaptiBar and have seen significantly improved performance.

### 5/5 — Fantastic Bar Prep App! Awesome visuals!

*2021-08-03, version 3.0*

This is a fantastic bar prep app.

Customer service is great and the app functions without issues. In this app, you will find all sorts of pictures that will help you remember difficult bar topics such as property, torts, Civ pro, etc.

You will not regret this app! It’s also super cheap!! This is a great addition to your everyday bar prep program. If your anything like me, I am a visual learner and this app included flow charts and more!

My suggestion is to use this with Critical Pass flash cards or JD Advising One-Sheets.

Anything but BARBRI!!!!! The worst company out there!!!!!

This app helped clarify issues that BARBRI made extremely confusing….

Best,
Rob

### 5/5 — Best Bar Exam Notes

*2021-07-19, version 1.9*

I wish I had found this earlier. Guys please stop wasting your fortune on commercial courses out there and resort to this app as its a true savior. Kudos to the ones who made it.

### 5/5 — Awesome App!!!

*2021-07-11, version 1.9*

I love this MBE review app. It’s awesome and so easy to digest. I’m actively waiting on the next subjects to come online to help me with my studies. I was going to take the bar in July but had to cancel due to COVID-19. Hopefully, you’ll have more subjects out before I re-register and sit for the exam sometime in the very near future.

### 5/5 — Great Study App

*2021-02-15, version 1.7*

This bar prep app is awesome. This help me tighten up my rule statements. My favorite aspects were the ‘Plain English’ and the art work. The plain English tab explain the rules so that you understand what they mean and how they are used. The art work gives those with photographic memory good pictures that show the rules and concepts.

### 5/5 — Most Effective Law School & Bar Prep App

*2021-01-28, version 1.7*

This is a must have app for any law student. I started using it during law school to help supplement my studies and prep me for my finals. It would help solidify the concepts that were lectured on in class and was a big study tool for all 3 years.
Then I used it during my bar prep studying for the CA bar exam. It was the best tool to have. It was on my phone when I was on the go or away from my desk. And it was there when I was studying. It helped me remember and memorize all the major concepts in a subject and made it a great daily/weekly review of a subject. This app made it less overwhelming when going over a subject which led to an effective studying session, which made me pass the exam! So highly recommend for any law student no matter if just starting out 1L or in bar prep!

### 5/5 — The best

*2021-01-27, version 1.7*

I am sitting for the February bar and this app has been very helpful. The questions make sure that you understand the concepts. If you don’t get it in words; the visuals make sure you do. I wish I would have known about this while in law school.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2020-08-06, version 1.3*

Really wonderful study devise, but why is there only one topic available?! Am I missing something?

### 5/5 — AMAZING APP & Question

*2020-04-12, version 1.3*

I absolutely LOVE this app & telling all my law school friends about it!

Question— I was curious though on the App Store it shows the app has more topics than just TORTS. Does it really ? I downloaded it and says Torts 124 questions. Is it just Torts on this app? I’m using an iPhone up to the latest date too. Thank you lots!!!!! :-)

### 5/5 — Amazing and better than anything out there!

*2020-01-21, version 1.3*

Please please add more subjects!! This is the best study method! While preparing for the February 2020 bar I have checked out and purchased most of the bar prep supplements out there but none of them come close to this one. The reason being that none of them take the time to also explain the black letter law in easy to understand language and give as many hypos as this app! The drawn flashcards are super cool too. I wish the app was complete because this would have definitely been my go to study supplement!! This is exactly what I have always been searching for and was astounded that no-one had done such a thing yet. So glad to see that someone has finally put something like this together! Awesome job!!

### 5/5 — Love

*2019-11-29, version 1.3*

So far I’m loving this app, I really wish that all the subjects were available

### 5/5 — Clear and memorable!

*2019-08-13, version 1.2*

The illustrations make things so easy to remember and the plain-language explanations make these concepts much more accessible than the commercial bar prep programs I used! Great tool 🙂

### 5/5 — Great Free Study Tool

*2019-08-13, version 1.2*

This is a great alternative to critical pass, or reviews that charge insane prices for flash cards. This app gives you flash cards laying out the elements to the thing you need to memorize for the bar. Super straight forward and a handy tool if you’re a self-studier. The only con is it is still under development, so not every topic is covered as of this review. But I’m very pleased with what’s covered

### 1/5 — Visuals are MIA

*2024-07-17, version 3.3*

None of the visuals I paid for are even loading for me. I’m stressed enough with it being two weeks away from the bar… very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2024-01-01, version 3.1*

Not able to get free deck. I got the code but can’t verify. This seems to be outdated and no recent updates.

### 1/5 — What is up with this app???!!! Please help!

*2023-12-09*

I tried to create my account and I was told my email address was already in use (impossible since I only found this app today) so I tried another email address with the same result. I was then sent an email to verify my email, which I did, then tried to sign in.

When I enter my email and password nothing happens. No error message and no entry into the content. I have tried resetting my password with the same result.

I have been searching for something like this all through law school. I was so excited to finally find a study tool for the neurodivergent. And now I can’t even access. Additionally there is no support or contact information on the website so this is the only way to try to get some help.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the delay in responding to this. At the beginning of December, our app experienced a severe bug that impacted user registrations and our website. I hired a specialist team to come in and fix it and, unfortunately, it took a couple weeks to identify the bugs and resolve them. This is why you were unable to create an account (when you originally registered, the app accepted your e-mail, but the bug prevented it from creating the account... so when you tried again, it said your e-mail was already registered). We sent out notifications to all affected users we were able to identify but it is very possible that you did not receive such a notice. Again, this is completely our fault. I can't imagine how much more frustrating it was to experience this and then not be able to find our contact information due to the bug also impacting our website. As of me writing this response, the app is back and functional, as is our website. If you're willing to give us another shot, I invite you to reach out to our team and let us know how we can make this right.

### 2/5 — Dumb

*2023-12-08, version 3.1*

Says “get free deck” but when you enter number you can’t even click on “enter verification code” because the interface to click is blocked… would think a law app would have a bug like that figured out. Was trying to see if I wanted to purchase but after that I can see it will only be more issues. Ohhh and it blocks you when you try to many times, fix your interface.

### 4/5 — Nice

*2025-10-01, version 4.1*

Wish it wish easy to use more and quiz, test, etc could play more of a role

### 4/5 — A nice break from long barbri videos

*2022-05-31, version 3.1*

Good for standing in lines, taking a dip in the pool, or on the stationary bike. If you need to feel like you’re still learning when you’re not being super productive, this is nice. I got the whole thing because I feel like it helps me master the rules quickly. And I’m not usually a flash card person

### 5/5 — Combination of Quimbee and Quizlet

*2025-09-04, version 4.1*

I have been using the app for a couple of weeks now, and I really have been enjoying it! I had messaged about a couple of UI issues, but I expect an update will resolve that in no time. I have ADHD and other learning disabilities and I am always looking for additional explanations and definitions to better understand the concepts at hand. I love the visuals, that definitely helps better visualize the concept I’m learning!

### 5/5 — 10/10 amazing app!

*2025-05-30, version 4.1*

This app is an amazing tool for bar prep! I’ve already seen a huge improvement in memorizing flashcards thanks to it.

Huge thanks to Shaun Sanders, the founder, for creating such a helpful resource. It breaks down bar-tested topics with black letter law, simplified explanations, and visual aids— making studying much more manageable.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2025-03-21, version 4.0*

Loved this app! It made studying easy, straightforward, and fun due to the visual and explanations. One of the most helpful studying tools I used!

### 5/5 — AMAZING!!!!

*2025-02-22, version 3.8*

I love the fact how they give the rules then explain it in laymen terms, give you examples, AND show you illustrations to nail in the point!! This has helped me soooo much with my other bar prep!! Sending out my THANKS to the creator(s) for this app!!! Pls don’t stop providing this helpful material!!

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-01-22, version 3.6*

Really Good. Love the explanation

### 5/5 — Great tool for pre law!!

*2025-01-15, version 3.6*

I love the fact that it’s quick so I can practice anywhere, however I wish the prompt where you choose your school was optional. I’m a high school senior and not yet in law school, however I don’t want to just pick a random one that might mess up the topics. If I could just choose the states I want to study and maybe what field of law I want to do it would be great :) the simplified versions are great too, because my parents will help me study by pretending to be a client w/ a problem. I can give them the raw version but also a more simplified as if I was talking to a real client.

Also!! I wish you could unlock more flashcards to study without paying. I would happily watch multiple ads for an opportunity to study more while still helping the devs make revenue. I don’t want it to automatically pop up but there should be a button that you can support the dev/ earn more daily cards. I think it would be a good way to get income for students who can’t exactly afford to pay for the entire program.

### 5/5 — Best Bar Exam Prep study tool

*2024-11-07, version 3.5*

This is by far the best study tool I’ve used for bar prepping for law school. Amazing visuals with great information to help neurodivergent learn otherwise complex information. Easy to use when out and about and need to pass time while also prepping, and the visual aids make it extremely easy for me to remember. I’ve used Barbi, AdaptiBar, Bar Prep Hero, Quimbee and other MBE, MEE, MPT study tools and this helped me the most to retain the knowledge.

### 5/5 — So helpful!

*2024-06-07*

The flash cards are working so well for me. I really love the confidence ratings. So much more precise than simply marking whether I got a question right or wrong. To specify that I was pretty sure, but I’d like to come back to it, as opposed to 100% confident, or totally lost, is really helpful. In other apps I might get a question right for the wrong reason, and their algorithm thinks I know it now, or vice versa and now I’m answering 100 questions on the same topic just because I got one really confusing question wrong. This is so much more sensible.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the review! We are happy to hear the system is working for you :) — please let us know if there's anything more we can do to help make your Law School studies more engaging! We have new content coming soon :) - hello@lawschoolboost.com

### 5/5 — Edit to review!!

*2024-02-27, version 3.1*

**This is to let everyone know that my issues were solved and the customer service was above and beyond! If you are a visual learner, this app is a must have. The plain English breakdowns were also so helpful.**

### 5/5 — Great Resource to have

*2023-03-07, version 3.1*

This is a great resource to have. It helps to understand complex subjects to easy understanding them. Additionally gives idea of how that is applied. It also allows you to customize a study session to your needs. Really recommend it!!!
