Either way, it says password is incorrect, even though I requested the password and it is the same. For the amount of money I am spending on this service, it seems that a garden variety job search app would not be too much to ask for. It doesn't appear to have been updated in years - perhaps since the days iOS 4. It will not let you set parameters in the advanced search, doesn't actually save jobs to your "hot list", and will not let you share the job via email or text. Job websites can only be opened within the application. The whole thing is designed for older iPhones, so it's super small and pixelated. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2021-05-30, version 3.3.7* I downloaded this apps in hope of being able to obtain employment as a Paralegal. It doesn’t work! It keeps crashing and I can’t utilize anything in the app. I tried to figure out how to cancel my subscription and there were no available avenues to do so. I want my money back and my subscription cancelled and I can’t even get in touch with customer service. If I could give this 0 stars I would! ### 1/5 — Scam. Caveat emptor. *2020-07-28, version 3.3.7* This app posts jobs that are years old. Someone I sent a resume to emailed me back asking what I was talking about. They said they never heard of LawCrossing and asked for a link. They then called LawCrossing and asked them to remove it. This posting was SUPPOSEDLY a SPONSORED posting, meaning that the company paid to post and promote it. Yeah. Right. Scam. Use it if you want egg on your face. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2020-07-21, version 3.3.7* Does not work ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-06-27, version 3.1.6* Never able to apply on the app. Get an error message every time. Forced to use a computer to complete applications. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2019-05-16, version 3.1.5* They post outdated job postings that they farm from Indeed and other sites. You cannot cancel your subscription on the site... you must call. When you do call, no one answers. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. ### 1/5 — Scam *2019-02-20, version 3.1.3* This app is a scam. I signed up for a free trial, and the app didn’t work, so I emailed LawCrossing directly to verify that I didn’t have an account and wouldn’t be billed. I later discovered that I was billed monthly (unfortunately didn’t notice for several months because my husband handled the credit card and didn’t know I had cancelled the subscription). I called LawCrossing, who confirmed I didn’t have an account - so I was being billed for something I never received! They told me this is a glitch with the app that they are aware of, but wouldn’t refund me! I then called iTunes, and then gave me a partial refund. I contacted the better business bureau and am hoping to be reimbursed for the remainder. I’m happy to update this review if and when I am fully reimbursed. Until then, the facts are that I was billed for a service I didn’t receive, the company knew about the glitch, but hasn’t refunded me, thus making it a scam. ### 1/5 — Saved searches *2018-06-21, version 3.0.2* No way to access saved searches in the app. Easier to navigate via the mobile website than the app. App is pointless. ### 1/5 — Awful *2018-05-16, version 3.0.1* Everything about this is terrible. So many typos I still am wondering if this is just a scam. I can’t believe I didn’t cancel in time for my monthly fee to stop. It’s an embarrassment.
