### 4/5 — Long time player

*2026-08-31, version 0.16.32*

I really like this app and, okay a lot but it seems that the game crashes very often and, it’s starting to make the game unplayable. Ill be in the middle of doing things and it will just shut off, it seems like it can’t handle when the party members get to be too much, like 500+

*2026-07-26*

### 3/5 — Great game, lacklustre development

*2026-06-28, version 0.16.18*

Love this game, it has brought me endless hours of enjoyment and is great to play without WiFi.

After following the game’s development since the KickStarter fund, I must say that I am slightly frustrated at the pace of development and the lack of any real fundamental change when it receives updates. This is particularly so given the price.

Updates involve very few ‘improvements’ and even fewer ‘features’ — they are not comprehensive. The UI, bill writing methods and voting systems are incredibly difficult to navigate and the economic system is hard to understand or improve. Characters have poorly designed appearances and limited customisation choices, both of which have barely been touched over the years. Finally, the very biased exclusivity of Western countries almost makes every country feel the same to play/interact with.

I really do feel that development would be improved with a larger team and more comprehensive updates. At the moment, I am so disappointed to say that I am being turned away from this game because of these reasons.

### 4/5 — Top

*2026-06-24*

### 4/5 — I love it, but I have a suggestion

*2026-06-04*

Can you make China a playable country?

### 4/5 — One of the best in the genre

*2026-06-03*

Hope more countries will be added in the game (india,china….?)

### 4/5 — Melhorias no mapa

*2026-05-17*

### 4/5 — Support

*2026-05-10, version 0.16.4*

I really enjoy this game and most features are fairly balanced. However, the support system (popularity) feels so broken. No matter how much I campaign and make good statements, my support slowly goes down. I have never even reach 50%.

### 5/5 — Great game but…

*2026-04-06, version 0.15.21*

Games great but needs every regional party in every country not just Germany (example SNP) or separatist parties

### 5/5 — PLEASE MAKE GOVERNORS RACES OFF POPULAR VOTE.

*2026-03-24, version 0.15.18*

pls do away with the council vote system. A popular vote accurate to us election system would be more fun. Thanks

### 2/5 — Pourrait être mieux

*2026-03-14*

**Developer response:** HI, some of your issues have been fixed with the latest update :) All the best!

### 3/5 — Pls

*2026-03-14, version 0.15.16*

This game has gone from 4 to 5 updates a month to zero updates in one month unbelievable there are so many bugs less than 20 countries. We need an update.

### 3/5 — Bien mais bugs

*2026-03-08*

**Developer response:** Thank you. The issue has been fixed with update 0.15.17. All the best!

### 5/5 — Bester Politik Simulator auf dem Markt

*2026-02-24*

### 1/5 — Game crash

*2026-05-13, version 0.16.6*

I want to give this 5 star Dami, but it’s an unfinished game and that’s fine. The problem is that every few updates, itcrashes all my games, so I can’t start them up an play them. So I can’t play this game long-term, if it’s unfinished and your updates keep crashing the games I’ve started.

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2026-04-24, version 0.16.0*

I didn’t want to complain because the game is great, but I hope I am able to get the developers attention to sort this out. In the UK, despite chasing the constitution to an elected House of Lords, proportional election system and changes to parliaments shape and constituency numbers, it didn’t change at the next election. Despite all the updates, this has never been fixed and in all the time I have played the game unless there’s a revolution the House of Lords never becomes elected.

### 1/5 — Bugs changed my 5 star review

*2026-02-04, version 0.15.14*

Updated in December and January killed several of my games. Can’t open them. Now another bug where if you have to appoint an Interior Minister, also kills the game. If it’s basically unplayable it’s a 1 star. I don’t mind small bugs, but the game has to work. If you fix it, I’ll alter this. But there’s not point in getting a game that DOES NOT work.

### 1/5 — WHY IS IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MAINTAIN OR GET TO 75%?

### 1/5 — New glitch

*2025-12-25, version 0.15.2*

I have been playing this game for months but a recent update has restricted me from moving around the map, selecting regions or cities on and selecting mps in parliament window

### 1/5 — Bug thing II

*2025-12-24, version 0.15.2*

Back again. I’m sorry, but I have to say this: the “Major system and engine update” has the made the game genuinely intolerable. I can’t click on provinces (sorry to state governorships, I can’t use the hex codes to chose colours, and for some reason, the country refuses to reorient itself to something less… nausea generating, I suppose? Yet again, I’m sorry, but until these problems are fixed I cannot play this game.

### 5/5 — Expansion World Map/ Wars Powers

*2026-08-26, version 0.16.31*

Lawgivers II: Suggestions for Expanding the Existing World and Geopolitical Systems

I really enjoy the direction Lawgivers II has been taking, especially the recent additions to the world map, international relations, the World Council, embargoes, intelligence operations, trade relationships, and political interactions between countries.

Because those systems are already being developed, I think there is an opportunity to expand them without changing the core identity of the game.

1. Continue Expanding the World Map

I would love to see more playable countries added outside of Europe and North America.

In particular, I would love to see more of:

* Asia
* Africa
* Middle East
* South America

India is already planned for the upcoming update, which is great. I would especially like to eventually see countries such as China, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

I don’t think every country needs completely unique mechanics. The existing country systems could simply be expanded with more countries, resources, political structures, starting conditions, and regional data.

This would make the international systems that already exist much more useful because players would have more of the world to interact with.

2. Expand the Existing Military and War System

Rather than creating an entirely new war simulator, I think the existing war mechanics could be expanded with a few additional government actions.

For example, when a country is preparing for or participating in a war, the government could have additional actions such as:

* Increase military funding
* Mobilize reserves
* Increase recruitment
* Introduce or expand conscription
* Purchase foreign weapons
* Request military assistance
* Send military assistance
* Expand military production
* Negotiate a ceasefire
* Negotiate a peace treaty

Military strength could still be based on the existing system, but government decisions could influence it over time.

This would make defense spending and military policy feel more meaningful without requiring a completely separate military game.

3. Make Military Power More Dynamic

One thing I would really like is the ability for a weaker country to become stronger over time.

For example:

Low-income country → increases defense spending → invests in industry → purchases weapons → develops military capacity → becomes a stronger regional power.

The opposite should also happen.

A country that spends too much on its military could experience:

* Higher government debt
* Lower investment
* Reduced welfare spending
* Economic problems
* Lower public approval

That would make military spending an actual political decision rather than simply a statistic.

4. Build on the Existing Intelligence System

The recent intelligence operations are a really good foundation for this.

Since the game already has intelligence operations such as election interference, independence-movement support, sabotage, support for foreign parties, and regime-change operations, I think these could eventually become part of a larger international influence system.

For example:

Diplomatic influence

* Improve relations
* Support foreign governments
* Foreign aid

Economic influence

* Investments
* Trade agreements
* Sanctions
* Embargoes

Intelligence

* Espionage
* Election interference
* Cyber operations
* Sabotage
* Support political movements

This would allow countries to compete internationally without every conflict immediately becoming a war.

5. Expand the Consequences of International Actions

The World Council and embargo system are especially interesting.

I would love to see international actions have more measurable consequences.

For example:

Embargo → reduced trade → lower government revenue → economic effects

Arms embargo → difficulty purchasing military equipment

Foreign aid → improved government finances or development

Trade agreement → improved relations and economic activity

Intelligence operation → diplomatic tension or political consequences

This would make the international system feel more connected to the domestic simulation.

The game already has:

* Countries
* World map
* Trade
* International relations
* Wars
* Embargoes
* Intelligence
* Resources
* Government budgets
* Political parties
* Laws
* Diplomacy
* World Council
* Foreign political influence

I would love to see these systems become more interconnected rather than replaced.

For example:

Domestic politics → determines foreign policy

Economy → determines military capacity

Military capacity → affects international influence

Diplomacy → affects trade

Trade → affects the economy

Intelligence → affects foreign politics

Wars → affect the economy and domestic approval

That would make the existing systems work together much more deeply.

I think this would be a very natural next step for Lawgivers II and would allow the game to become a much deeper global political simulator while keeping the core gameplay and mechanics that already make it unique.

Thank you for continuing to develop the game. The recent updates show that the international side of Lawgivers II is already growing, and I would really love to see that part of the game continue to expand.

### 5/5 — Great Game

*2026-08-23, version 0.16.31*

Hello, I would just like to say that this is a great game, but how about you guys do state executive offices like state treasurer, state, lieutenant governor state Attorney General would be great

### 5/5 — Flags

*2026-08-16, version 0.16.30*

I love this game. The only problem is that when you want to change the constitution of your country, you can’t change the flag! This would be really good for changes to a republic for example, so I think maybe you should be able to insert an image as a flag.

### 5/5 — I have two suggestions

*2026-07-07, version 0.16.21*

One can you also make it possible for Republic to transition to monarchies and two please make China a playable country

### 5/5 — Sehr gutes Politikspiel

*2026-06-12*

Macht weiter so!!

### 5/5 — good game

*2026-06-02, version 0.16.12*

interesting,realistic,a lot of features and laws,but i think game isnt done yet(and it is),so i think 15$ its too much for it,but its worth it

### 5/5 — Playable Countries

*2026-05-19*

Honestly love the game. The attention to detail is commendable. However, have been eagerly waiting to have India and China as playable countries since the release of Lawgivers I. Any idea when these nations will be included?

### 5/5 — Améliorations

*2026-05-11*

### 5/5 — Great Game

*2026-05-11, version 0.16.4*

Hello, I would just like to say that this is a great game, but I have no idea how about in states we have a justice secretary a finance secretary and an a unique secretary
