The long grass fee is one big one. Soo many people do not tell the truth when it was cut last. If its long its long we still need to cut it we should get paid the extra fee regardless of when the customer says it was cut last. If its long its long some of theese yards in 3 weeks can be 9-13 inches lomg it depends on the weatger and the type of grass. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this feedback — it genuinely matters to us. I was also kicked off for no reason saying I contacted customers outside the app which I never did and no one has ever called or explained to any of this to me just got a letter kicking me off and that was it do not use. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2026-08-04* Took on 25 jobs, after completing 3 of the jobs they cancelled my account in the middle of night and deactivated it claiming I solicited. I never even spoke with the customers in person and only communicated through the app and scheduled things through them on there. They then deactivated my account and would not tell me how they thought I solicited?! Then they threaten that I would get a fine for something I never did! I record and photograph everything from start to finish on lawns. Now my payout has not been paid and I did work for them and now they withheld the payout they were supposed to pay for the jobs completed, this is fraud. Do NOT use as they will use you then cancel you and stop your payout claiming false accusations against you. If you recommend service for a customer and they accept it it after you mow and gone the give it to another contractor. I regret not dealing directly with them. Terrible app — don’t download it, don’t waste your time or money. Just yesterday I arrived on a job that they bumped up a week on my schedule without notifying me, when I arrived the grass was much taller than the customer had reported.. so I was report the long grass and take pictures and get to work, since I was basically having to go over it twice I ran out of daylight and the next day they removed it from my app gave it to another pro and refuse to pay me a dime! This is unbelievable and should be illegal…. No notifications of new jobs via app. Often unable to select required drop downs and unable to type in required text fields. Only top tier pros receive text notifications. First pay doesn’t come for 2-3 weeks, then paid only weekly. This is not disclosed until a few days after you complete your first job. Support is in the Philippines. That call center supports multiple apps, so they aren’t specialists. Many jobs are no pay because service isn’t required or lawn is overgrown, requiring approval before beginning. ZERO PAY for those visits. Imagine driving 40 miles four stops and only being paid for one of them. Customers under describe what is required in order to pay less for service.
