## What is LawPavilion CourtAI?

LawPavilion CourtAI is an AI-powered Judicial Decision Support Platform developed by LawPavilion Business Solutions Limited, purpose-built for the Nigerian judiciary.

The platform serves as an intelligent judicial assistant for Judges, Justices, and Magistrates, equipping them with digital tools to manage cause lists, conduct legal research grounded in Nigerian statutes and jurisprudence, evaluate pleadings and evidence, analyse final written addresses, and generate draft judgments in accordance with established High Court formats.

CourtAI operates across eight integrated modules spanning docket management, document review, evaluation of pleadings and evidence, analysis of the record of appeal, and generation of draft judgment.

The platform does not usurp judicial discretion or the independence of the judiciary. Every AI-generated output is a learned aid, subject at all times to the independent reasoning and considered judgment of the presiding judicial officer. The final determination of every matter remains, constitutionally and in practice, the exclusive preserve of the court.
