This version of law pavilion prime has refused to install on my iPad. I had deleted the version 3 because it refused to upgrade and update cases since June 2022. Every time I try to install version 6 on my iPad using the token sent to my email it gives an error message and aborts installation. 

You guys need to fix this. My subscription expires at the end of November 2022 and I have not been able to enjoy my subscription for over 3 months now from June to September. 

To say I am miffed is an understatement.
