I have and iPhone 8 so my phone isn’t old but this app... it really don’t know what to give it because it just times out everytime I load it. I’d say, wait a bit more and then get it. 

(Note to devs) Maybe work on the app a bit more and make it faster. I don’t have much coding knowledge other than construct 2 and bit of C sharp but there could be a way to simplify events.
