This app is the one I use more than the rest combined. Customers really appreciate instant feedback to their questions. Also it is right on the money as far as accuracy is concerned. Powerful! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Give me my money back *2024-06-22* This app does not show as a sub subscription on my Apple Store so I wasn’t aware that I was being withdrawn 9.99 every month. And I tried to cancel and I don’t have the option of canceling the subscription. Besides all of the flyers have a purchase price of $500k which is absolutely unrealistic. It is not up-to-date. ### 1/5 — Just HORRIBLE support. *2024-03-29* App has issues and they don't answer the phone, don't call or email back. Off after trying and trying you get a hold of someone they pass the buck and don't solve anything. Worst ever. ### 1/5 — Support-Multiple Offers *2021-12-29* Critical Support is worthless during crunch time, I am a premium subscriber. My folder that I saved the estimates in vanished. 34 offers completed and poof gone, I had to redo the entire offer set. Then when I finally did get chat/email support they asked me the question as to whether I remembered what folder I saved it under. Never was able to speak to them live, to be able to walk through or describe the problem. And after the request for them to call me, since Dec. 14th haven’t heard anything from them. Starting to rethink my subscription. With no continued/ongoing or lack thereof support, what is the purpose of keeping subscription. ### 1/5 — Limited application *2017-12-16* Why not disclose upfront it does not work for most of the United States? You have maybe six states and for people living outside those you require email, phone and other contact data you can sell before requiring one of a few states for it to work. Time waster and scam if you don’t live in California, Texas and a few other states! ### 1/5 — Irritating *2016-10-18, version 3.2.9* Paying $12 for a premium app which has nice features, but then requires a Rep to renew it to keep active is irritating and a disservice. ### 1/5 — 2.0 WORKED! 3.0 BUGGED OUT! *2014-11-04* I LOVE PalmAgent but version 3.0 is riddled with problems. There are so many glaringly obvious errors in the numbers that I don't trust a single net sheet I create. Should have stuck with version 2.0 until they worked the bugs out. There was nothing wrong with 2.0 in my opinion. The next version should at least be as reliable as its predecessor. The only issue I seem to have is that when I save a seller closing cost template it stays in the app until I close out the app. Once I open the app again all my saved closing costs entries are gone. ### 5/5 — The Best Title Tool *2023-08-01* This is the best Title Tool in the industry!!
