## What is LAX Goalie?

LAX Goalie helps you track your performance at your Lacrosse games by cataloging all your shots and saves, where they came from, and whether they were from an 8M. Based on angle, and distance from the net, each shot is assigned a score, and a running score is updated as the game progresses.

You can go back later to see the stats from all your past games too. This will help you find your strong and weak spots, so you can focus your training more effectively, and get better every day.

I like the option to place shots on the field.  That being said, when you go to the “load past games” feature, the files are distorted and do not look the same way you save them. Makes it hard to look back and use the info you spent 44 minutes marking.

I really like using this app. Would be great to have an option to add a season to each of the games and to see an aggregate of saves and percentages by season and overall.

Overall this is a good app for tracking goalie stats.  It would be great if the individual game stats would carry forward to see cumulative save percentages.  Also would be nice if there was a section for each game to add some applicable notes.

Great app for lacrosse goalies. Love that you can place where the ball was shot from. I hope that a new version would include a boys lines and it would awesome if you could have a picture of the net and show with a dot where the ball went past the goalie and or saved.

First app to take the goalie position seriously.  Would love to see a few other stats added to easily add steals or ground balls. A stolen pass is as valuable as a save.  Next upgrade could be linking a season of games together.

So I just used this at my sons college lacrosse game and I find it very helpful for tracking locations of shots (goals and saves). There are a few things I think should be added to make it a fantastic app. 
First, I’d add an option to choose between women’s and men’s fields. Not a huge deal but would be nice to have the option. Second, and a very cool option to add would be a time stamp on when goals were scored and the ability to generate a report at the end. Third, as mentioned by another review would be the option to edit the game title after it’s been saved. 
Since the girls and boys game now plays by 4 quarters maybe an option to save a game as a whole but track stats per individual quarter within that game rather than saving each “game” as a “new quarter” and starting new “game” every time. 
Hope to see some improvements. It will definitely help make this outstanding.

Good app.   Suggest adding a feature to indicate where the shot was on the cage (high, low, etc).    Also suggest the ability to edit game names after recording results.

You can now organize your past games by season. You can add multiple goalies for each game, and track their shots independently. Games are uploaded to iCloud automatically. So, when you use the app on another screen, like an iPad, or a newer iPhone, the same games are visible there as well.
