I had to re-add my bed after some network changes, because the app stopped responding to the current, added bed. Cleared out the old bed, and the app crashes every time trying to add it back and doing the set up process. The app is unusable

So far it’s garbage, base beeps letting you know it’s not connected by Wi-Fi. Need to unplug so you don’t hear it beeping all night.

Went through everything first with an Android phone, didn’t work, then an Apple phone. Cannot control anything with it but it must have connected to my wifi as the beeping finally stopped. 

I like the base but the wifi part is crap, they need a new developer to get the app so it actually works.

Sure glad I paid >$1000 for this. I’m about ready to take scissors to the stupid WiFi adapter beneath me. It WILL NOT stop beeping, and it will not connect to my phone or my wifi. This app is an inexcusable dumpster fire.

I also have been unable to use the app. I do ad instructed, beeping starts, enter password and nothing happens. Very frustrating.

I also just get a blank screen after trying to connect the bed. Closing and restarting app did nothing for me. Hopefully they will update and fix soon. Would love to be able to use this feature.

As of right now, can not get it to work. Registered, typed in WiFi password, followed directions and...nothing, just a blank screen.

I was very skeptical of using this because of all the bad reviews. I followed the directions and my bed connected with no issue. It is working flawlessly as of now.

The app is handy, especially because my initial remote that I got replaced was so finicky. Although, the app itself can be kind of troublesome to set up, giving error messages when binding the bed ID when in fact it does register, you just have to close and reopen the app. Sometimes it takes a moment to register button presses too.

This app hasn’t been updated in 5years. The bed loses connection with the WiFi and resetting is a cumbersome, clumsy, and tragic to say the least.
