I added all of my hotels for my trip and it would not include them. Either it would leave them out altogether and remove stays completely, or it would keep putting in other hotels that I did not book and I’ve never heard of.  No matter how many times I told it to update with the correct hotels it would not do it even though it listed them out correctly in the text.

If the app was recognizing the hotels in the conversation but then failing to place them properly in the itinerary, replacing them with other properties, or removing stays altogether, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

The concept of this app is pretty cool, and the UI is intuitive. But I tried to put in a slightly more complicated trip request and it really struggled. I had to twice clarify that I wanted to fly from London to Faro and it kept coming up with Lisbon as the destination. If that’s a database limitation then it needs to be expanded.

I must say I was always skeptical with AI but Layla helped me plan our entire South Africa safari and it was a joy to plan with all the videos and having it in one place and then their local experts helps us book everything!

J’utilise Layla depuis un petit moment et c’est un vrai game changer pour notre famille. On décide l’endroit et on profite pleinement d’être tous ensemble sans se soucier de l’organisation du voyage. C’est très pratique et vu qu’on est nombreux ça nous facilite un peu la vie avant de partir et pendant le séjour. J’ai testé par curiosité et je suis impressionné du résultat donc je mets 5 étoiles et j’ai hâte de voir comment ça se développera. En tout cas c’est facile à utiliser, je gagne du temps et je profite plus, j’adore! Et ma maman aussi!

Beste Reise-App, die ich bisher genutzt habe. Die Planung fühlt sich endlich einfach und persönlich an statt stressig. Besonders cool sind die live Preise und wie schnell man komplette Trips planen kann. Absolute Empfehlung!

Their major goal is to make money through bookings. And that is reasonable. However, the program is unable to process simple information and forgets information during the chat.  I was unable to get a 5 day  DC visit plan. There are better services.

App DOENS’T work. Chat support doesn’t help. Takes days to “work on the bug.” 
You spend time working on a detailed trip, then it crashes and you lose the chat, itinerary, EVERYTHING!! Such a waste of time!!

“Layla” is constantly recommending places that are permanently closed, and listed as such on google. Also does not follow directions and will take you places you said not to go.

I get to a critical point of trip planning and it seems to freeze and give me the circle of death for hours. Tried open and closing of the app and also tried deleting them reinstalling with no success.very disappointing.

I tried this app. You can only add experiences which is probably more expensive than searching elsewhere. Lots of buttons don’t work like the “book” button for flights. Feels like a vibe coded garbage app

Recommended to me from a friend when planning a trip from washington to atlanta last month. It created a full itinerary and travel plan for me and saved me from a lot of stress and work I normally have throughout this process. I definitely would like to use it again for any vacations I plan to go on in the future and highly recommend it for anyone who is new to traveling and wants to alleviate some stress.

I decided to try the app to plan an international trip between two countries and a return flight home. It was great, I found my flights, hotels, and activities. However, the only negative part was that I made it in a web browser instead of the app. Now that I’ve done that I’m having a hard time connecting my web browser account with my app. Any help from devs would be great.

Edited: June 9, after a quick chat with the support team I was able to log in with my email versus Google sign on and that connected my trip to my app!

First of all, very easy to use it. It built amazing itinerary with great suggestions. And it was very helpful also during the trip. But the best part for me are the experts. Having someone to help me finish my plan and book anything i need was a time saver!!
