I want my money back! **Developer response:** Hello ChocoNat, Thank you for your rating and review. The app does have an information button in top right corner. Once you go to that you will be able to restore your purchases if you have previously purchased any. There is no such in-app in the app as you described here. If you need more help please email me. I download this one app to do one thing on my IG. If it’s going to make me buy it before I can do anything please don’t make it seem like the app is free. You people know what you are doing and praying on the fact we just click away at stuff that pops up. Everyone do not download this app. I’m sure there are much better ones out there that don’t try to rip you off. There is a catch. It’s ridiculous all these apps are peer pressuring users into paying for subscriptions just to finish uploading one photo. This is legitimately the dumbest thing I ever saw. The app itself is amazing, but because it’s subscription driven which is unfair to those whom don’t have ability to use electronic payments such as debit cards, credit cards, etc… I won’t give anything above a 1 star until this is fixed. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Absolute Scam. *2021-03-20, version 4.2.0* I’m warning you now... This is how it will go: 1. you download it for free 2. use the app as intended (to split an image) 3. all works fine so you click on “save to camera roll” This is where they trick you... 4. you click to go off the app to go see your photos 5. before this happens, a quick pop up comes on the screen charging you £2.99 just to SAVE YOUR OWN PHOTO BACK TO YOUR CAMERA ROLL 6. but your thumb is already on the home button ready to go to see your photos so YOU GET CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU WEREN’T EXPLICITLY WARNED YOU HAD TO PAY FOR and probably didn’t want to pay for considering there are plenty of FREE apps that you can use to do the exact same thing! It wouldn’t be so bad if they made it clear that you will be charged to save photos to your camera roll but they are sneakily doing it to trick you into it. And it definitely wouldn’t be so bad if YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE PHOTOS SAVED TO YOUR CAMERA ROLL - BUT YOU DO NOT! When I went to see how good this image splitting app is (as it claims it’s the best for Instagram) the photos weren’t even saved. So I have been CHARGED £2.99 for absolutely NOTHING. WASTE of time WASTE of money WASTE of my life I’ll never get back. I have already sent an email asking for a full refund but judging by other reviews I’m not likely to get one...
