I have the app on two phones, and when it comes to returns, the links don’t work and you can’t press the buttons. You also can’t press the buttons for getting coins and they do this on purpose to cheat us. The intentionally put these bugs to prevent you from returning products.
Awful App
This app has never been good, but it has become awful. Bombarded with totally irrelevant messages every day even though message settings are set to off. Search results in English are never specific to the requested search and always include many items that bear no resemblance to the request.
The good news is that this app is far better than its competitor's in Thailand.

The return process isn’t smooth
Customer Service are mostly copy paste replies for efficiency/AI, but they also don’t have the means to solve a lot of the common problems. Return times out (15days) & you need to resubmit & remind lazada over & over again to have them pick up the return. CS does not email or stay true to their assurances. It is a good shopping app only IF the seller packs your order correctly & everything arrives ok, if any issues arises and it quickly becomes time consuming & annoying for you.
So you always hope for the best but if you run into problems, like wrong order received or broken, it feels very discouraging to even try to get a successful return with refund because when it’s difficult it’s VERY DIFFICULT.
Update: no difference, it’s now been 31days, still no return collected and no refund in sight. Unreal!
Even developers response isn’t in English, what a mess.
& I have already contacted customer service, they do nothing but talk. No return collected and no refund.
Update: Return collected. Seller claim didn’t receive back, refund denied! I’m in dispute with this. I have video of both packing the order and handing it over to LEX SG, we’re in mid June now, I lodged this return/refund in April, still not resolved. Still no refund. This is the most ridiculous return/refund process I’ve ever experienced. I cannot recommend Lazada as it is now.
Update: after 48days of keeping track of this nonsense and disputing their errors I have received a refund, it’s not a reasonable time for this kind of thing. Should be straightforward and easy. I am now only using lazada if I absolutely have to and think twice about my purchase there, do I want to go through this again if they mess up another order? Is it worth it? No. It’s not.

There are explicit pictures of private areas that lazada fails to remove despite reporting them for months, it’s the same image - they can just image search and remove all but they don’t do it. Cannot browse in public or in front of kids! Not a family friendly platform anymore. Don’t let your kids or teens download this app.
