## What is Lazarillo?

LazarilloApp the GPS for people who are blind or have low vision, lets you explore the world around you and set up routes.

Lazarillo is a specialized GPS app that brings mobility tools for people who are blind. Using audio messages, Lazarillo will tell you about nearby places,

the street you are walking on, street intersections in your way and more! Like a radio, Lazarillo will announce the things around you while you are moving.

This app was designed and implemented with active feedback from people who are blind.

The GPS resource is used even if the App is in the background. This allows the user to keep using the app without active usage of the screen, so they can

still enjoy the features of Lazarillo even when their phone is in their pocket or when using other relevant apps.

Note : "Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life."

This app allows you to use its accessibility functions for free, just requires mobile data or a Wi-Fi connection.

To collaborate with people who are blind, Lazarillo's main feature is to become the user's companion, providing essential information that allows displacement and autonomy.

The goal is to help the person reach the chosen place in a simple way, receiving Lazarillo indications by voice and notifications of nearby places, institutions,

Lazarillo provides information about establishments that work with blind or visually impaired people. The app is linked to a web platform where the institutions

are able to show important information about events, courses, workshops, and any data that a blind person may need. In that way Lazarillo collaborates

Another app that is free as long as I agree to hand over all the data I generate. If you were interested in helping the visually impaired you would allow the use without this complication. Who do you think enters this information for the blind??!!! Downloaded, saw the mandatory login, writing this review, and will delete the app. Thanks for wasting my time with your data greedy ways!!

อยากให้สิ่งต่างๆที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษปรับแต่งให้เป็นไทยเพื่อจะให้คนพิการที่เข้าถึงได้ง่ายขึ้นยิ่งกว่าเดิมหรือก็มีแนวทางที่คนพิการที่มองไม่เห็นเขาได้ง่ายที่สุด้ ยังไงก็ลองปรับแต่งให้ผู้พิการที่เล่นโทรศัพท์ไม่ว่าจะเป็น iPhone หรือแอนดรอยด์ก็ขอให้เข้าได้ง่ายง่ายครับผม

Eine gute App für blinde Nutzer. Aber es fehlen einige wichtige Funktionen: 1. Die App navigiert oft nicht auf dem barrierefreien Weg mit z.B. den Klick-Ampeln. 2. Es gibt keinen GPX Import. Daher können keine fertigen barrierefreien Touren zum Navigieren verwendet werden.

Es wird zum Beispiel mal mit meinem Erkundung zu gesagt zur rechten Hand gäbe es einen Bäcker namens Lampe. Allerdings ist dort die Firma BringMe drinne und nicht der Bäcker.

Im Test ist es die einzige Navigation, welche die Treppe bei unserer Bahnunterführung, vorschlägt und keine langen Umwege über das Feld oder Straßen ohne Fußweg Welt. Das einzige was noch fehlt ist die virtuelle Navigation, dass man die Straßen von einem Standort virtuell erkunden kann.

This app is okay for those who cannot see.
It seems to be working okay, but there are a few things that makes me be confused.
When I open the app, it sometimes says that I am at the wrong address and then when I’m trying to walk to somewhere with it, when I have searched for the place, it tells me to go in metres, but it never tells me where to turn or if there’s a road or if I should cross the road, it literally just says to go a certain amount of metres and I can’t determine what metres are, so if you could make it tell the roads and maybe to turn left and right and different directions it would make it a lot easier.
This isn’t a complaint though, because I still like the app in general.
