The workouts are structured for home use and really informative for the beginner ballerina (or ballerino) in anyone and any rising principle dancers on break who needs to keep up their fitness and practice technique. I personally used the flexibility routine to finally get my full splits and now working on strength and length in my extension- and I’m a male, in my 30’s. Plus when the cats make a cameo it makes the whole app worth it. For anyone complaining about the price, go to YouTube, you’re paying for service here, the upkeep, and the extensive knowledge.
