Terrible experience. Event rewards not paid and withdrawal problems make it hard to access funds. Customer support gives the same answers but no real solution.

I’ve been using LBank for spot and futures and the app feels fast and easy to navigate. If you’re registering, you can enter 4KBMU — it’s advertised to give 10% off trading fees plus a new-user bonus after your first trading activity.

What I like: there are lots of markets, and features like Copy Trading are actually useful when you don’t want to stare at charts all day. Fees are also clear: spot shows 0.10% maker / 0.10% taker, and futures show 0.02% maker / 0.06% taker. The app also includes extras like Earn/events, so it’s more than just basic buy/sell.

One request: please keep improving login stability and reduce random logouts/network errors, and add clearer error messages when something fails. Overall, a solid exchange app.
