If you are shipping boxes with LBC be prepared to call into support for status. They seldom respond to emails and the info on the website itself is unreliable. ### 1/5 — Tracking? The app does not update as quickly as it should. I don’t like to call to take up other people’s time but when the packages still says it just been still at the local office. Then there is the issue As of 10.01.2020 which I just updated the app 6 days prior to 10.01.2020 So the app is stuck on registering and will not go anywhere further. I tried to contact the atshell app support but they are not there too... I am sorry but please LBC find another company to help you guys with package tracking. Let alone even being able to sign in to check tracking status. Unfortunately, app doesn't update the status of shipment. If you keep checking, just keeps saying accepted, no movement. But if you check via web browser, a lot of updates for the shipment is available.
