But the payment process is terrible. You cannot save a card to your account. You cannot use Apple Pay. So everytime you book a class or swim you have to have your credit card to hand and re-input all the details, address etc. Even though you have an account. I have only been able to switch by deleting and reloading the app. No response from developers when I emailed them with my problem. The app description says it works on iPads but is listed as iPhone only on the App Store. ### 2/5 — Cannot Book - password reset form is broken *2023-09-13, version 106.71* I have had this problem for a while where I have an old account with LBRUT - I cannot remember the password so I choose to ‘reset password’ - the app tells me it’s sent a ‘password change request’ to my email, but it never arrives. Nothing in Junk folder. I’ve tried multiple times, so something here is very broken. I try to create a new account but it won’t allow that since it recognises I have an existing account with those same details. Wastes a lot of time going round in circles.
