Good job. This app works well too. I use it primarily for depositing checks. That's my only complaint. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Screen Limits *2026-04-23* The Zelle feature extends past the screen size, and does not allow me to scroll down to see the full screen. The “Send” and “Accept” Buttons at the bottom of the screen are cut off and can only assume what I’m pressing from previous experience. Not only that, the order checks sections is unusable since you can not pick whether to allow cookies or only necessary cookies, you clicking it only makes it highlighted, but you cant actually press anything. Fix the app with making scrollable menus and allowing inputs. I’ve never had this much trouble getting someone to take my money before….EVER! I can’t print or save my statements from my phone or iPad. If I get a snail mail copy of my credit card statement it’s not available electronically. ### 2/5 — Recent update *2023-09-15* Very disappointed with the most recent update in their system. The fact you can’t access your credit card history from the main screen is annoying and time consuming. You have to go through the side bar, click on credit card center, wait for it to load, then select recent activity, wait for it to load again and if you are not seeing what you want in your credit hard history, you have to do this process again and select a different screen. You used to just click on the credit card screen from the main screen, however, this is not possible anymore. Additionally, payments to your credit card do not reflect right away either, they used to post right when you made a payment and now it doesn’t even reflect pending payments you’ve made. We are working on continued improvements to our Mobile Banking and Online Banking experience for our credit card holders. The Credit Card Center within the menu offers detailed credit card information, but we do plan to enhance the experience within the app for future. ### 2/5 — Biometrics no longer work *2022-08-31* I don’t know what the latest fix did but I can’t get biometrics to work anymore. It used to work. I’m not unclear on how to turn the feature on: I log in, select use biometrics, scan finger, it tells me it Congrats, You turned onBiometrics! and then the app shuts off biometrics. I’ve repeatedly tried it, hoping if got fixed. But I’m really tired of typing my very long password into the app when I could scan my fingerprint if it just worked!
