No ways to connect back. It stays down for a while before any fix is applied. I try almost everyday and it just sits on the loading page. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app that you can submit reimbursements on if it does not work and I have to use my home computer. I hope you get this fixed soon. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother *2024-05-15* Since the latest update, this app is absolutely worthless… ### 1/5 — App doesn’t load *2024-04-04* The app worked great for the first few months of using it but now for the past few weeks, it won’t load at all. I log in and it is stuck loading, doesn’t even pull anything up, then because it is trying to load and log in for so long, it times itself out. I am unable to see my claims, submit new receipts for reimbursement, I cannot see anything!! I have tried logging in using just my cellular data, my WiFi, my works WiFi, and WiFi at family members homes. It never works. I tried clicking the link for app support … shocker the website won’t even load. Says the link does not exist. Good job LBS. ### 1/5 — Not happy *2023-07-12* I have to keep calling because I have 2 accounts . Things I purchase keeps getting denied because they are not placed on the right account . Call 10 times and still not straightened out . Not happy with this at all ! ### 1/5 — Pointless *2016-03-16, version 4.4* Gives no usable information whatsoever! Only gives balances. Pointless and worthless. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2015-06-15* Although I've used this app in the past with no issues, it now crashes on every attempt. I have an iPhone 5 with an older iOS version. Perhaps that's the problem but if this app is no longer comparable, there should be an option to use an older version. Currently, every time I attorney to submit a claim, I get to the last step, which is uploading a receipt. As soon as I click on the appropriate button to do so, the app shuts down completely! I have deleted the app and re downloaded, restarted the phone and it still does the same thing. This, coupled with the fact that I can't access the website online, is VERY frustrating. ( online, it doesn't recognize either my old or new password to even sign on ). I am hesitant to change online password for fear it will then, no longer recognize the password that does connect me via my iPhone. Did I say this was frustrating?? It is... Then you refresh and it logs you in after all? ### 1/5 — What a dumpster fire of an app and company *2024-10-15* The app is a horrible web view of their website. It doesn’t login in most of the time. It doesn’t remember settings. Like their website it doesn’t provide useful feedback about why claims were rejected. Stay away from this company (if you can)! ### 1/5 — What a joke… *2024-10-05, version 17.0.0* This company in a nutshell is a huge joke, I submit the info to them through this app, and they say they need more info, I gather ALL info and still denied, I uploaded EVERYTHING!
