This app is absolutely horrible and does not deserve 5 stars at all. Very unreliable, the service shuts down at 6 and if you request a ride at let’s say, 12 PM, the earliest your ride will be here is 3-4 PM. The drivers are very lazy and rude and do not listen to directions, they purposely keep trying to up-charge you for about everything. This app and city is absolutely horrible. Then they dont take you from elyria to lorain or the opposite im so confused on why like that is terrible some people jobs arent in the same city. The price is perfect i agree but the range the hours and more is absolutely horrendous. I personally think it should be 24 hours more money for the workers who want to work over night and also more rides for people that end up stranded.
