Id like to start off with the time stamp is terrible im sorry theyre sometimes when people need rides at night even to work , safety , etc . Then they dont take you from elyria to lorain or the opposite im so confused on why like that is terrible some people jobs arent in the same city. The price is perfect i agree but the range the hours and more is absolutely horrendous. I personally think it should be 24 hours more money for the workers who want to work over night and also more rides for people that end up stranded. Even if you dont make it 24 hours it could atleast be expanded to weekends and the time stamp be 6-11 thats all im asking for im not asking for nothing else but that!

I've tried to book rides multiple times a day for a couple days now and it always says there's no rides available. I don't know if its a bug in the app or what but what's the point in having an app and service if there's never any rides available?

This is absolutely a terrible service, I tried to book at ride at 6:30AM when they open and it said they didn’t have any rides available. When I do get a ride they take forever or go the wrong way.

Love this and hope they continue doing VIALC for years to come but it needs to be more consistent with ride availability! It’s hardly any rides available!!!!!!

I rated this 5 stars so my review would show. This app is absolutely horrible and does not deserve 5 stars at all. Very unreliable, the service shuts down at 6 and if you request a ride at let’s say, 12 PM, the earliest your ride will be here is 3-4 PM. The drivers are very lazy and rude and do not listen to directions, they purposely keep trying to up-charge you for about everything. This app and city is absolutely horrible. Get out of this city as fast and soon as you can.
