LCH–Behind the Wall is a mental wellness and resilience app created specifically for correctional officers and other correctional professionals.

Working inside a correctional facility brings pressures that many people never see. Constant vigilance, unpredictable incidents, mandatory overtime, staff shortages, violence, manipulation, isolation, and repeated exposure to trauma can affect emotional health, sleep, relationships, and life outside the facility.

LCH–Behind the Wall provides private, practical support designed around the realities of correctional work.

The app includes resources for:

• Correctional officer stress and burnout
• Critical incident recovery
• Assaults, threats, and workplace violence
• Inmate suicide and attempted suicide
• Responding to medical emergencies and deaths
• Hostage situations and facility disturbances
