Stand Down is a veteran-focused mental resilience app created to support those navigating the challenges of PTSD, flashbacks, reintegration, and life after military service.

Developed as part of the Love Compassion Hope initiative, Stand Down provides practical tools designed for veterans who need support during difficult moments — whether that’s managing flashbacks, decompressing after stress, or reconnecting with purpose after service.

This app combines grounding techniques, recovery tools, and peer-centered support to help veterans regain control, rebuild stability, and move forward.
