Not sure what they did, but not happy. We are full time and I really like that feature and it took a long time to set it up, now they are all gone. Disappointing. ### 2/5 — App is great…. When it’ll open *2026-08-02, version 6.6.3* The app will open perfectly fine and then randomly it will stop working. I can’t open the app. It goes to load and it shuts off. ### 2/5 — Connectivity Issues *2026-08-01, version 6.6.3* This app goes in spells; it’s good for a while then there’s a ton of connectivity issues. Currently, it CONSTANTLY disconnects while trying to operate awnings and slides; disconnecting 2-3 in the 30 second operation of either. Seems like if the phone isn’t on, the CarPlay app doesn’t refresh. Could be improved by adding this to Live Activities. That way you can use GPS and monitor TPMS Live. ### 2/5 — Camera failure *2026-07-21, version 6.6.2* Camera comes on for a few seconds then it asks for password over and over Reset password, camera came on for a minute but when I got into my truck, no camera. Every time I click on my camera the app crashes. Nothing will connect to phone or car (for tpms) I even had a Lippert employee at a rally who couldn’t get them to work. Save your money from buying Lippert junk and go with a 3rd party in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!!!! ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-07-10, version 6.6.2* Background battery usage is extremely high, even when not using the app ios says it uses 25% of my battery while in the background…. ### 2/5 — Worked before the update *2026-07-09, version 6.6.2* The app worked before but ever since this last update, it fail maintain connection to my Bluetooth on my phone. I have set it all up again and it will connect one time. After that, it fails to auto connect to my phone and have to repeat the cycle. One, it won’t let you clear faults from the app, you have to go into the rig and clear them on the touch screen. Now all of a sudden my iPhone won’t pair with the controller. Nothing has changed on my end. I try to pair again and the app keeps spinning but the touch screen shows pairing successful, but not on my phone. This very frustrating, I have tried at least ten time to no affect ### 1/5 — Remove Authentication *2026-06-26, version 6.6.2* No need for authentication when the system is Bluetooth only and no network connection ### 1/5 — Upgrades that are Downgrades *2026-06-24, version 6.6.2* One Control upgrades are actually downgrades. Everytime I open the app, I have to wait 30 seconds or a bit longer before I can actually control anything. It tried to get you to log in to Lippert but the join my rv keeps blocking it and keeps you from doing anything. Part of the reason to use an app is to be able to login with saved credentials. This is basic. Basic. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Was good now data harvest *2026-08-12, version 6.6.3* Used to be half decent and only wanted the vin number to activate. Now it wants constant location, exact location, Bluetooth, WiFi, vin number, make and model, dental records and your first born son. Even after that it takes so long trying to harvest that data it can’t even sync up except occasionally to say it thinks the trailer is in motion which you then have to hit the lights button and still might be locked out. ### 1/5 — Worst app for campers *2026-08-08, version 6.6.3* A couple years ago they changed how you connect to your camper. WiFi required while camping?! Are you serious?!?! Bluetooth. Fine. WiFi - not even available when away from home… like on the top of a mountain. Total fail! ### 1/5 — Old version *2026-08-06, version 6.6.3* I have said many times, if you get it working NEVER update. I have old version on four iPhones and a tablet, it works great. I occasionally try the new app, of course it does not work,right. My version is 6 Years old, I have iPhone backup so when I try new one I can go back to the old one. Lippert needs to have a little compassion (not) and allow the older version to be accessible since it works fine on my GD Momentum WiFi. Give your users the OPTION to use older software that you have not broken by playing with it. Sometimes you just don’t need to update something if it works until you figure out how to test it other than throwing it out and see who screams. ### 1/5 — Terrible response and connection *2026-08-04, version 6.6.3* The app constantly disconnects from the camper’s panel. It takes several minutes to reconnect and sometimes just doesn’t reconnect at all. This is a nightmare for a GD momentum with a goose box that has to have the lever held open when the jacks are raised. ### 1/5 — Horrible connectivity and Video feed is blurry *2026-08-03, version 6.6.3* It seems like the developers of this camera they didn’t even try there’s no software update updates. The camera is extremely blurry. I can’t tell the difference between a bush and a kid. I’ve only connected to it twice and both times after the first use for whatever reason it just drops you and then you can log back in you have to I really, really unhappy with this product really unhappy with Forest River because when I think of American made, I think of quality and this is not really bad quality craftsmanship all the way around the technology on this camera needs to be updated I wish there was a way that I can at least get reimbursed for some of these features. I have to continually put all the information back in for it to kick me out again. Absolutely terrible ### 1/5 — Junk Junk *2026-07-30, version 6.6.3* This is an awful app, brand new RV and cannot login to app without it saying change password. This is the only thing that makes me want to trade in my RV for something that doesn't have this. It will either not respond or connect, completely forget everything, or currently even after deleting and redownloading the app it will open the app and connect to the RV but there are literally no settings showing up. If my one control screen breaks again (it has before) then I'll have zero ways to control my ac. If I could figure out a way to get rid of this system I'd pay a lot of money to do so. ### 1/5 — Please fix the app! *2026-07-18, version 6.6.2* Every time I start the app it requires me to log in. I found this app and my camper had the QR code barely visible it was able to scan and I am astounded with the features you can do turn on light move slide awning. I unplugged the Travlfi router and then the Bluetooth came back on for LCI OneControl/ Compass Connect. We would really like to see it integrated into apple CarPlay. Being able to see the app on the vehicles screen would be sweet. Just a thought. ### 5/5 — Don’t understand the horrible reviews *2024-06-28* We just got a new Grand Design Imagine 23LDE and this is the app they use to control their slide, awning, lights and to view tank levels (if you choose to use an app instead of just using the control panel). I actually deleted the app after reading the horrible reviews before even trying it! Then we bought a Tire Linc system because our camper was prewired for one. Once I realized it used the same app I deleted I decided to give it a try! We are 100% satisfied with this app!! I have had no trouble with it staying connected (I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max in case that matters). I saw someone commenting about it disabling features when you’re driving. Their review worried me because how are we supposed to monitor our tires if it disables “some” features while moving!? What it disables are features like the slide and awning. Makes sense to me!! Lol. I love the added options of lists that are in the app. They have several and you can also create your own and edit existing ones. Some are lists for set-up, tear-down and winterizing. ### 5/5 — Version 5.0 For The Win! *2022-11-04, version 5.1.7* Though I rarely rate apps, I must offer strong appreciation to the team that put together version 5.0. It was a much needed update to an application that had become mediocre and often simply awful. It is a little slow to connect but in all I’ve had no issues with this it. The only thing I wish we could do is rename the lights. While setting up, I can control the slide while standing next to it and watch to make sure everything is ok. The ap also shows battery power and controls all lights.
