It is laggy, and often balances do not update. I don't need to know what the balance was "16 hours ago".....I need the actual number. Please seek a different vendor with better service. ### 2/5 — Poor updates *2024-11-07, version 3.17.0* This app is often behind on deposits and withdrawals, currently 21 hours behind. Always says error updating. ### 3/5 — On Line Banking…Anderson Branch *2024-04-05, version 3.10.3* This has to be the worst system and ve ever tied to navigate. No explanation on line, sytem did not recognize my SSN nor account information. Orogram often failed to connect, give error message without explanation, and kick me off saying try back later. The program is to bulky, requires to much information to login for different pateforms of the same program. And im not hapoy at all with the fees charged just to use LCNB…i.e. $10 charge to have the sale proceeds from my house tranfered! Or a service charge of $2.75 to mail me a copy of my account statement. This is really laughable to me as ive never paid for my account statement in my 60 years of banking. Besides, i got my checks oribted… was charged for those…. My last name was omitted on my checks… i addressed this with the bank and was informed tge checks were stikl useable!! LCNB saving gracie in my book is Warren, the only reason i have an account there is bc of his tending to my banking needs. His knowlege, detail mindedness and impeccable demeaner to provide the servises i need has been flawless. He is the only teller i have dealt with so i cant address the other personnel,but im sure they are just as capable. Thank you for laboring through this discourse. As upper management i found that if you dont know where your weak, you cant improve. Couldn’t contact anyone to report it. Called over and over. In the meantime charges were made. This check was rejected the first time I tried today. I deposited again. I would have appreciated some information to that effect by LCNB as to why it was rejected on the rejection email I received and I could have redeposited my check rather than call the 800 number. Thank you. Please respond if there are other details I need to understand when making a mobile deposit with LCNB. I have banked here since I was able to have my own bank account with my grandfather- a shared account , so approximately a decade; within that decade many life events I have experienced and they have been so gracious through it all with me.
