I have been unable to complete move in check list and the apartment has been nothing but uncooperative. ### 1/5 — Terrible redesign, terrible app *2023-09-01* When we moved in we were required to download this app as well as 2 others. First of all, why have a section to talk to management if no one monitors or responds?! Second, I can’t clear notifications or do anything useful other than book amenities. If we only downloaded this so management can communicate with us, why not let us communicate back through the app. I feel like this app could’ve been web-based and saved everyone time and money. ### 1/5 — Redesign is a nightmare *2023-06-23* This app is a disaster since the redesign. Push notifications don’t work. Text message notifications send me 10 reminders in 30 minutes about a new package!!! I spoke with building management about it about 2 months ago, they said would push a ticket forward but still no joy for me. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times. When I press ‘Reset Password’ and create one that matches the criteria, I get an error message stating that sign in is not authorized. Oddly enough, I can see how many unread messages I have in the app because I get a badge icon, just can’t go into the app. This is pretty poor because I have no way to learn of building news. Now I have to log in three times in order to get into this App. -when I click on the App I have to login with my email -Then I received a passcode that’s sent to my email. Then I use the passcode to complete the verification. -Lastly I am prompt to enter my password.
