You’re more likely to need to know how managed care works or the difference between supportive housing and residential treatment than about cross-cutting measures. This app made me feel like I was completely unprepared because I hadn’t memorized a codes for medication induced akathisia and I wasted time trying to correct that. I am having a problem and I don't know how else to reach the designer so here's my complaint: I bought the professional version when I first got the app, and recently when I updated, it charged me $11.99 a second time. Can I get a refund on that? Many of the questions don't even make sense! Either they were not created by a human or they were created by an illiterate one. Many of the questions are not test relevant.
