App usually works fine for some reason now my tickets won’t scan, it says invalid ticket then the ticket expires before I get a chance to use it

This app exists so that people can use SmartPay. Whenever I go to buy bus passes, it does not include a spot for me to enter my bank card information. It just says "Use Bank Card" but I can't actually enter it in. So when I try to pay, nothing goes through because it isn't connected to anything.

whatever update the app recently did, messed up the app and now it will not open.

if i uninstall it and reinstall it its going to delete my bus pass like before!!!
