Too many of the videos are blocked because they are private, then the whole app would not be available for days which turned into weeks. A message would pop up that I needed the upgraded version which was not available either. There is no way to contact them and I’ve tried to update the app and nothing works. My son and I read this each morning before school and it is sad that the content is not loading or displaying.
