There is no way to contact them and I’ve tried to update the app and nothing works. I have loved this app prior to this. ### 2/5 — Not working well *2025-11-08, version 1.11.1* Leaving another review because I paid twice in 2025 for renewal because the content is fantastic but I couldn't get a response from the developer to reload my subscription. Thus, I paid again and it was not working and then it started working in August and now stopped again in November. It is so frustrating and disappointing because this is such a great resource for families and kids on the go. My son and I read this each morning before school and it is sad that the content is not loading or displaying. Now I cannot restore the subscription because there is no way to contact the developer. The Provide Feedback email doesn't work. I would love to get it working again and hope they will get the issues fixed. Too many of the videos are blocked because they are private, then the whole app would not be available for days which turned into weeks. A message would pop up that I needed the upgraded version which was not available either.
