### 4/5 — Great app

*2014-09-21, version 1.04*

This a great app to learn the orders the prophets came after and before it would be better to have more information on each one of them

### 4/5 — Great

*2013-03-24, version 1.04*

Would be great if you could do the same thing for current apostles. Really frustrated I can't find a good ap to help my kids learn the apostles.

### 4/5 — Coooooooooooooool!!!!!!

*2013-01-21, version 1.04*

It gives a lot of information about the prophets.

### 5/5 — Great App, Have Ideas To Improve

*2012-04-16, version 1.04*

I love the simple, informative app made for the iPhone/iTouch called "LDS Prophets". I would like to greatly encourage you to work together with Joseph F Buchanan and combine his paper's information & stats for one awesome, informative, yet simple app (though it'll probably need to be renamed "LDS Prophets & Apostles")!

I'm not a programmer so I can't help you there, but am willing to help how I can. And again, I hope to see Joseph F Buchanan's graph info combined with Jerry Russell's app someday soon.

### 5/5 — Jonathan (v1.04)

In the state where I live, youth are considered "liberated" at 17, meaning they are allowed by the state to leave home, and their parents cannot stop them or have them arrested for running away, etc. Know what your rights are in your state.

You would not be the first to give up the comforts of home, and of well-meaning family members, for the truth. Not to say that is what you should do, but you are almost an adult, Jonathan. Apply yourself to your educational pursuits, pray, and know that the way will soon open for you to be able to live and study the gospel as you wish to do. Either the hearts of your parents will be softened, or you will come to that crossroads the Savior speaks of when He says, "He who will not leave father and mother for my sake is not worthy of me..."
My mission president quoted that verse to me when I mentioned to him in an interview that my dad wanted me to come home early from my mission, after I'd been out about a year, because he missed me so much. I told my president I wasn't planning to go home, but it kind of hurt that my dad even suggested such a thing!

Hang in there, Jonathan. Love and pray for your parents. Whatever happened to undermine their testimonies, you may well be the beacon on the hill to draw them back, for you are growing up, and the way will yet open for you to be able to enjoy the full blessings of the restored gospel. Does your Bishop know of your dilemma? If you need a safe haven, he may be able to help you figure out how best to handle your dilemma.

Keep praying.

This is d&c 58. Hang in there bud. The Lord knows you personally. Christ has been through exactly what you're going through now. He'll help you out exactly when it's best for you. :)!! Chin up my brother.

2 For verily I say unto you, blessed is he that keepeth my commandments, whether in life or in death; and he that is faithful in tribulation, the reward of the same is greater in the kingdom of heaven.
3 Ye cannot behold with your natural eyes, for the present time, the design of your God concerning those things which shall come hereafter, and the glory which shall follow after much tribulation.
4 For after much tribulation come the blessings. Wherefore the day cometh that ye shall be crowned with much glory; the hour is not yet, but is nigh at hand.
5 Remember this, which I tell you before, that you may lay it to heart, and receive that which is to follow.
6 Behold, verily I say unto you, for this cause I have sent you—that you might be obedient, and that your hearts might be prepared to bear testimony of the things which are to come;
7 And also that you might be honored in laying the foundation, and in bearing record of the land upon which the Zion of God shall stand;

In other words, hang in there, great blessings are in store :) love ya brother!!!

Keep praying! God knows and hears you. I was very touched by what you said. You are going to be a wonderful missionary someday!! Think about Daniel and the trials he went through. He still prayed where he could be seen, knowing that is was against the law. Heavenly Father delivered him safely from the lions den and I know he will help you get through this very difficult time. Sing hymns to yourself...that will always bring the spirit. Have faith. Trust in God!!
There are many out there who plead and pray for help. There are those who are discouraged, those who are beset by poor health and challenges of life which leave them in despair. I’ve always believed in the truth of the words, ‘God’s sweetest blessings always go by hands that serve him here below.’ Let us have ready hands, clean hands, and willing hands, that we may participate in providing what our Heavenly Father would have others receive from Him.

### 1/5 — President Nelson

*2019-09-23, version 3.0*

If this app had been updated 1 year ago it would have President Nelson listed so for this major over site I am giving it 1 star

### 2/5 — Just as whitewashed as you'd expect.

*2015-08-23, version 2.0*

The Joseph smith section says nothing about his 34+ wives which was a very important aspect of his life which eventually lead to his death. It says nothing about him secretly marrying other men's wives, 14 year-old girls, sister pairs, and mother-daughter pairs because of religious coercion. It says nothing about him hiding his wives from his first wife, publicly denying it, and burning down a printing press that was going to expose him. That being said, it's a free app that tells you the names of the prophets.

### 3/5 — Needs the latest

*2018-08-11, version 3.0*

Please add President Nelson

### 3/5 — Needs Update (June 2018)

*2018-06-05, version 3.0*

Please update!

### 4/5 — Update

*2023-07-23*

### 4/5 — Update!

*2021-06-20, version 3.0*

Needs to update for President Russell M Nelson

### 4/5 — Update

*2019-06-15, version 3.0*

This App is not up to date! Our new prophet is Russell M. Nelson. Please update! Also let us know if you are a member please.

### 4/5 — Useful for free, needs update

*2019-02-23, version 3.0*

The app has some very valuable information for a free app. It needs an update as President Nelson isn’t listed over a year after he became President. A lot of the testimonies and teachings were pasted in without fixing formatting and removing formatting characters like /n. I’d remove references to the end for readability.

### 4/5 — Jack

*2019-01-06, version 3.0*

Needs update. When will you get this up to date including Pres. Nelson?

### 4/5 — Please update!

*2018-10-25, version 3.0*

Great app, needs an update with current Prophet.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great l, Informative, Needs Update

*2020-04-23, version 3.0*

Please add Update for President Nelson.
An additional page for the Quorum of the 12 Apostles will also be helpful.
Keep the good work going!

### 5/5 — Love our Prophets; love the app

*2020-02-22, version 3.0*

I love being able to quickly and easily read the inspired testimonies and words of the prophets! Would love to have it updated as needed. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Update

*2018-09-22, version 3.0*

How do I update the app so that it reflects President Nelson as our current President?

### 5/5 — Great & Simple

*2018-03-11, version 3.0*

This app has been great! It is very simple and yet has profound information regarding all LDS prophets. My family used it for Family Home Evening (FHE) lessons. My young children enjoyed the prophets in order and their testimonies.

I would recommend this app to anyone that wants a quick run down on all the latter day prophets.

### 5/5 — Try documenting your garbage

*2017-11-01, version 3.0*

I’d like to see the irrefutable, documented citations to support the garbage that the previous reviewer spews.

### 5/5 — Amazing App!

*2017-10-29, version 2.0*

Tells you what you want to know, has pics. Great app

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2014-03-25, version 1.04*

It's simple and to the point. Exactly how it should be. I enjoy it.

I just found a typo. Since I can't find an email or anyway to contact the developer I'll state it in here. In Lorenzo Snow's date of death it's says "1908". I'm pretty sure you meant to put "1901". Just thought I would mention that.

### 5/5 — Mrs

*2013-12-21, version 1.04*

Used this quick info to make a "prophet quiet book" for my kids

### 5/5 — Update from Jonathon

*2012-05-15, version 1.04*

Has anyone heard from Jonathon? I would love to hear how he is doing. Btw, this App is just great use it with my primary class.
