I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it again but i could not get past the weight and height. It says that there was a problem with the network, but my internet connection is just fine. The watch syncs with the bluetooth on my phone, but i could not get in to the app. Please fix!

So I bought the AF+ watch a few weeks ago and I notice the following issues:

(1) Instructions on Packaging:
When you buy the watch, you only get the watch and the charger. There’s no instructions included on the box that you need to download the app. to connect the watch for it to function well. I just watched the tutorial video on youtube and that’s the only time I am able to connect the two.

(2) Application 
- When you connect the watch on the app, the time will sync to your phone, which is good. 
- The instructions on the app is very vague, it doesn’t let you know how everything works, what to click and how to navigate it.
- The Sleep and Walk Function doesn’t work. There’s no click option for it to operate so it’s hard to test. I already walked miles and sleep while wearing the watch but data on the watch is not syncing or moving. It’s just stuck at Zero. But because there’s no how to’s instruction, you cannot verify of wherher the issue is on the watch / the app.
-  The Heartbeat function is functioning well, I think. 
- Messages and Notifications isn’t working as well.  It doesn’t give you options how to set up those.
- You only get to make the most of the Time. Other than that, too many issues.
