## What is le flo?

Get the habit of daily 10 minute practice sessions led by Le Flo. Let's go! Make space for a daily practice with Le Flo. Move through a thirty-day program of intention, breathwork, gentle posture, and meditation.

Begin with 30 seconds to sit with your intention, then continue automatically through breathing, posture, and meditation. Choose 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 minutes for breathing, posture, and meditation. Follow illustrated poses and spoken guidance, with gentle reminders and a completion bell.

Pause whenever you need to, skip instructions when you are ready, or open an individual stage. Write and revisit daily intentions in your calendar. Your intentions, settings, and completed history stay on your device.

Use comfortable variations, rest as needed, and choose natural breathing whenever you prefer.
