They claimed it was because I subscribed to outdated technology, and when I asked what I should use instead of their app, they told me to find a third-party app on my own. Then, without any notice, they closed my account, and now they’re not responding to my emails. Do not use this app. ### 1/5 — Pésima app, la prueba gratis es un timo *2023-07-25, version 2.3.0* Pésima app la prueba gratuita es mentira, Pésima aplicación, la prueba gratuita es un timo, sale un error y no deja ingresar y al intentar ingresar de nuevo a la prueba sale un cobro anual directo a la tarjeta ### 1/5 — Glaring technical bugs on Mac *2022-06-29* [My response to Developer Response: and I’ve tried about a dozen VPNs in this Mac, and NONE had these issues.] I’ve tried dozens of VPNs, including half on my M1 MacBook Air, and none have had the technical hurdles as this one. 1st day I had it the following occurred: got a DCMA minutes after startup (1st in yrs and no notification of disconnection), L2TP the default for LeVpn didn’t work and had to email customer support, after we changed it couldn’t even close my Mac without the app notifications preventing me. I even uninstalled the app and it persisted, after a few hrs of research I discovered it was still stored in mac’s vpn settings and deleted, no other vpn has had this issue. Continued to use it for a month, only b/c didn’t have the time to find a new vpn, and every single day other there were bugs like always disconnecting when my Mac went to sleep (and would have to restart Mac then). Plus blocked too many sites/apps. Responsive customer support but that’s it, wouldn’t even recommend a trial if you use mac **Developer response:** Hello, We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced. Le VPN bought that company and the subscription now requires a laptop or Ethernet connection or a vpn WiFi to work on Apple TV. Je clame haut et fort, très fort, que Le VPN que j’utilise depuis plusieurs années, ne m’a apporté que du bonheur. A 2 reprises, j’ai eu besoin d’aide pour un blocage qui n’était pas du fait de Le VPN mais, de l’opérateur chez qui j’étais alors. Contacté par mail, Le VPN a aussitôt réagît en m’indiquant clairement où était le problème et m’a guidé vers quoi faire pour me dépanner. Donc, plus discret, l’équipe de Le VPN fait partie des meilleurs techniciens, voire les meilleurs.
