Incoming calls dropped as soon as I answer. Unable to make outgoing calls in a good/strong 5G ATT network. I’ll be looking for alternatives. ### 2/5 — Latest update *2026-07-17, version 4.20.0* It was working fine until the latest update. I don’t receive notifications on my phone anymore, very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Works but needs improvements *2026-07-14, version 4.20.0* Extremely laggy and slow app, both on cell phone and desktop. Issues with receiving notifications on phone as well. ### 3/5 — Laggy and redundant *2026-03-18* It’s helpful for the phone number redirect so we don’t have to use our personal phones for work, but the call quality is wretched so we often have to call back on our personal number anyway. The notifications show up in multiple places and it seems like you can never get rid of them, even if you click on all of them. Randomly logs out and then I won’t get calls. Or, makes you erase the app and redownload to work properly. It could be a lot more user-friendly by putting current messages on top and not bearing them in a chain. Also, sending emails can be really difficult to get into the actual message field to type it. Constantly have to “read” the messages so they show unread every time I open the app or refresh does not go with the efficiency I’m looking for. By that I mean the newer messages that are most important should stand out and not blend in with all the I bots messages. The design could be more like apple so it’s simple and clear since contractors and business owners or even sales people are running around we don’t have time to click here then here then here just to get all the info we need. I guess what I’m saying is work on design and make the organization a lot simpler so that a 12 Ure old would take interest in doing it. ### 3/5 — Notifications constantly sticking *2025-11-14* I want to like this app, but there are two major shortcomings. First, notifications never disappear even after I’ve marked them as read. I can open a message, reply, and click the mark all as read button, and the badge notifications still persist. Second, the navigation buttons are difficult to recognize. The other people on the call can hear me just fine. Modern smartphones easily take 2K3K and 4K photos that exceed 5 MB as a business owner I shouldn’t have to stop what I’m doing to resize or compress every photo before sending it to a client. It slows down workflow reduces image quality, and create unnecessary frustration. If you’re building software for businesses in 2026 supporting modern image sizes shouldn’t even be a question. Either increase the upload limit significantly or automatically compress images during upload like countless other apps already do. Until this is addressed, the app feels years behind the standard that business users expect. ### 1/5 — Terrible Update *2026-06-25* what idiot suggested the change or made the change that you can no longer open the contact from the Task list in the Lead Connector app. For me being able to call people in my Task list from the Lead Connector mobile app was its main function which is now lost. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer support *2026-04-22, version 4.13.0* Phone calls sounding like they’re in slow motion. So slow, I can’t understand anything anyone is saying. I can’t get support it seems. Super hard to find a support number and when you do, it’s an AI bot. It took me and my staff a few years to completely understand the capabilities of this app, once you totally understand all the features there is nothing like this. I have to admit it was frustrating for the first couple of years, if it was not for my tech team i would have given up on it long time ago, its definitely not for somebody who is not technologically savvy , and the app is not ready to use out the box.
